Yes, in the Quore line. Real bottles go into the mix — cognac, small-batch bourbon, botanical gin, blanco tequila, premium vodka and sparkling rosé — not flavourings or essences. It is 4.8% alc./vol and sold to adults aged 21 and over only.
Yes — the Gelato & Macchiato range has no alcohol at all and is for every age. It is most of what we make. The two lines are kept clearly separate at the counter.
Yes, within the Gelato & Macchiato range, including sorbets. Which ones are available changes with the day, so please ask at the counter — the staff know exactly what is in each tub.
Tell us before you order. We make everything in one facility, so we cannot promise a product has had no contact with nuts, dairy or gluten. We would rather say that plainly than reassure you and be wrong.
Gelato Coco is made for dogs, not adapted from ours: grain-free, dairy-free, vegan and with no added sugar. It contains no alcohol and no chocolate. Ask at the counter — it is available while supplies last.
Constantly. We make in small batches, so the board follows the season and what is good that week. The flavours we are known for come back regularly, but nothing is guaranteed on a given day. See what we are known for.
Not at the moment. Our gelato is sold at our five boutiques and through our wholesale partners. If you want it for a business or an event, that is wholesale.
Less air and a warmer serving temperature. Industrial ice cream is churned fast, which whips in air that lightens the texture and cheapens the litre. Gelato is churned slowly, so the flavour arrives more concentrated and the spoon weighs more than it looks.
Yes. We supply across South Florida in catering formats — pails and liners for high volume, pints and cups for retail, plus custom portions and our Dubai chocolate bars. Details on the wholesale page.
