Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Quore Gelato collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. It covers the website only. What you tell us in person at one of our boutiques is not covered here.

What we collect

We collect information in one place only: the wholesale and partnership enquiry form. When you send it, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, the programme you are interested in, and your message.

We ask for this so we can reply and prepare a quote. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

What we do not do

This is a simple website and it behaves like one:

• We set no cookies.
• We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no visitor tracking of any kind.
• We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell, rent or trade anyone’s information.

What your browser stores

The site saves one item in your browser: your language choice, English or Spanish, so it opens the same way next time. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Third parties that can see your visit

Loading any page involves a few outside services. Each can see your IP address, as is normal for anything delivered over the internet:

• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces the site uses.
• Cloudflare (cdnjs) — serves the animation library.
• Our hosting provider — serves the pages and keeps standard server logs.
• Our form service — receives your enquiry when you send the wholesale form and passes it to us by email.

Links to Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps take you to those companies’ own sites, where their policies apply, not ours.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep wholesale enquiries while the business relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our records. If you ask us to delete yours, we will.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@quoregelato.com and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Some of our products contain alcohol and are sold to adults aged 21 and over only.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
