Gelato liquor lab · Quore On The Rocks
Hollywood Beach is our flagship, and the only boutique with the gelato liquor lab. On the left side of the room you can watch the Quore On The Rocks cocktails being built in front of you. The space was designed to read like a bar rather than an ice cream shop — swing seating, low light — and it sits a few steps from the ocean, which is where most people take it.

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a paved promenade that runs about two and a half miles along the sand, closed to cars and shared by walkers, runners and cyclists. It is one of the few stretches of South Florida coast you can follow on foot for an hour without leaving the water, and it has the particular mix of Hollywood Beach: old motels next to new hotels, Quebecois snowbirds, families, and the ocean a few metres away the whole time. We are at 777 N Ocean Drive, on that strip.
This is the flagship, and the only one of the five with the gelato liquor lab. On the left side of the room the Quore On The Rocks cocktails are built in front of you, which is something you cannot see at any other boutique. The space was designed to read as a bar rather than an ice cream shop: swing seating, low light, the counter as the centre of the room. It is the only location where the making is part of what you came to watch.
This boutique keeps different hours from the rest: it opens at midday on Tuesday and Wednesday and at one in the afternoon from Thursday on, and it is closed on Monday. Check the times above before you make the trip, because they are not the same as our other four. The hour before sunset is the one worth planning for: the Broadwalk is at its busiest, and most people take what they ordered straight out onto it.
There is no private car park, but North Ocean Drive has legal street parking and there are public lots along the beach; depending on the hour you may well park in front of the door. Inside there is seating for more than forty people, and here that matters more than at the other boutiques: this is the room with the liquor lab, and the whole point is to sit where you can see the cocktails being built.
